Role Overview

The Accounts role at TickleCharge is pivotal to our daily operations. You will be responsible for reconciling transactions from multiple global payment gateways, managing merchant payouts, and maintaining accurate financial records for our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of cross-border settlements across various currencies.
• Manage merchant payouts and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and support month-end closing.
• Assist with compliance reporting and financial audits.
• Collaborate with the risk team to flag discrepancies in settlements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, ideally within fintech or payment processing.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and multi-currency reconciliation.
• Proficiency with modern accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
